One click in your dashboard downloads your customers, vehicles, service history, invoices and appointments. No support ticket, no waiting, no fee.
Your export is standard CSV that any spreadsheet or another shop system can read. Nothing proprietary, nothing you need us to unlock.
Your records and your customers' information are never sold, and never used to advertise to your customers. We process them only to run your shop.
Month to month, no contract. If you leave, you export first and take everything with you. Your business does not get held hostage.
The customers, phone numbers and history are yours. We are the processor acting on your behalf, not the owner of your list.
After you cancel you keep a reasonable window to export, then we delete or de-identify your data, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Every record type, as its own CSV:
- Customers with contact details and marketing preferences
- Vehicles tied to each customer, with VIN and mileage history
- Service history and inspections, the full record for each vehicle
- Invoices with line items, totals and payment status
- Appointments with date, service and status
